In 1990, several insurance IT executives founded Cooperative Technologies, Inc. These industry leaders had a common vision of automating insurance and investment back-office operations with cost-cutting, pre-packaged, and customized software coupled with superior customer service.

Our professionals combine their intimate insurance industry knowledge with progressive IT expertise to bring insurance and financial carriers innovative back-office solutions. In the early 90’s, Cooperative Technologies began building systems that helped companies cut internal overhead costs including asset allocation, list bill reconciliation and market timer solutions. Since 1998, we have been the premier provider of 1035 exchange solutions, allowing companies to easily navigate carrier to carrier exchanges, including XML paperless exchanges.
